Father God's Mythology, Episode XI: Muteki

In certain pantheons, there are divinities even greater than the gods. Like the titans to the Olympians. Like Ao to the gods of Faerun.

There is one such over-deity in Father God's pantheon.

His presence has not been unfelt either, for the Fox-Faced Trickster is one among His most devout disciples. The Trickster is but one of the great prophets, poets and soldiers who make up this over-deity's Invincible Legion.

This over-deity goes by many titles:
He Who Sits on the Steel Throne.
The True Emperor.
The Iron Tetsu-bo of Divine Wrath.
Double B.
Great Sensei Belardo.
Physics Professor of the Hida War College.

But of all His titles, one truly describes him best:
The Invincible One.

Alas, the Invincible One was off to distant lands, that His beyond-divine presence grace the ignoramuses beyond.

Thus He gathered some among his followers, and some who had been at some point enlightened by his followers - Father God was one among the latter. He bid his farewells, He enlightened them one last time before His journey.

And after a long drunken night of storytelling and nostalgia, the Overlord of Chaos and Liquor walked away just a bit more enlightened.

The prophets declared, "Bong-men," and the Trickster decided that he would reveal the face behind the fox mask.
